Answer: | Absolutely not. We have created sites for clients locally in Michigan, but we have also created sites for companies in Alabama, South Carolina, Indiana, Ohio and Asia. By using the Internet, email and the telephone, it is possible to communicate effectively with clients in any location. |

Question: | How long does it take to get a web site designed? |

Answer: | We state firm time frames for delivery of our sites. However, sometimes clients are delayed in supplying us with ALL final content for the site. This results in longer intervals. However, barring client delays, we will deliver your site in the stated time frame.
> >The Basic Web Design package without flash is delivered in three weeks. Flash adds three to five business days. > >The Standard Web Design package without flash is delivered in four weeks. Flash adds three to five business days. > >The Premium Web Design package time frame for delivery must be quoted. The time quote is based on the size of the site and the complexity. |

Question: | Can I use Outlook with the email that comes with the web design packages? |

Answer: | The email we provide is compatible with Outlook. We provide you with easy to follow instructions so that you can configure Outlook to receive your email. |

Question: | Can Keco edit my web pages? |
|
|
|
|
Answer: | Unless we are specifically instructed not to, Keco edits all content for spelling, punctuation, capitalization and subject-verb agreement. The standard for editing is the Associated Press style guide and the Merriam-Webster English dictionary. The entire site is checked prior to the client's first complete review. All revisions or modifications requested by the client are checked and revised if necessary. |

Question: | Hosting and domain registration are included at no charge for one year. What is the cost for hosting and domain registration after that? |

|
Answer: | After the first year, hosting and domain registration are $100 for the Promotional and Basic web design packages. For the Standard web design package the cost is $150 and for the Premium web design package the cost is $200. |
